By combining his expertise as a specialist in ophthalmology and optometry with his innovative strength as the founder of Online Doctor, Prof. Zirm has expanded the boundaries of medical care.
- Since 1972, Prof. Zirm has successfully performed over 35,000 eye surgeries. His specialty includes refractive, cataract and glaucoma surgery, keratoplasty, and treatments for retinal diseases, including retinal and vitreous surgery.
- Prof. Zirm has published more than 350 publications, lectures and international courses. His commitment and innovation have led to 19 patents for surgical instruments and training devices (SFVT).
