The costs for our video consultation amount to €98 for a consultation period of 25 minutes. Our pricing structure is transparent to provide you with high-quality and efficient medical advice. If you have any further questions about the costs or our services, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note that there is a fee of €110 for the emergency service, which must be paid within three days of receiving the fee note. We also offer to answer an inquiry for a price of €54.

In principle, it is possible to use the video consultation via all common devices with internet access and video camera/webcam (smartphone, tablet, desktop computer, notebook/laptop).
We recommend using a smartphone or tablet, as the preceding image capture and uploading are done via one device. It is also easier to handle if a second person takes close-ups of your eye (switch option between front and back camera).
The video consultation is held via app or via internet browser. We recommend installing the corresponding software beforehand. If you do not want to do this, we recommend using the following browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox.
