Go step-by-step through the online form. Please fill in all information to the best of your knowledge. If possible, upload images of your eye to allow for an initial assessment before the video consultation. This helps ensure that your online consultation can be effective and goal-oriented.

Select your desired appointment for your online consultation with Prof. Zirm. Our flexible scheduling allows you to find a suitable time.

Speak with a doctor online
Before your appointment, you will receive all necessary information to prepare yourself optimally. Ensure a stable internet connection and choose a quiet environment for the conversation. At the scheduled time, you will start your online conversation with Prof. Zirm. Use this opportunity to ask all your questions and benefit from his expert advice.

Redeem prescription
After the video consultation, if necessary, the prescription will be transmitted directly to you online. You can then conveniently redeem it at your pharmacy. We strive to make your medical care as seamless and comfortable as possible.

Book general video consultation
To receive competent advice, we kindly ask you to fill out the medical survey form below as accurately as possible. So that we can get a better understanding of your issues beforehand, we ask you to upload photos of your eyes using the survey form. Once we are aware of your wishes, we will contact you.
The medical service for the video consultation will be charged at €98. You will receive after the video consultation an invoice by post. This must be paid within three days and can be submitted to your health insurance and/or insurance company.
Please note that this consultation or video consultation may not replace a personal ophthalmological examination.
