Book an emergency video consultation
- You are vaccinated against COVID-19 and have untreatable headaches afterwards.
- You have sudden, severe eye pain with and without visual impairment.
- You suddenly see so poorly that you can only recognize light or hand movements.
- You notice that your eyesight is severely reduced due to an injury.
- You have been burned in the eye area by an acid or alkali.
- You notice that you see objects or people twice when moving your eyes.
- You can no longer open your eyelid.
If you would like to use our help as an EMERGENCY, at least one of the reasons listed must apply. Otherwise, please use our registration for a general video consultation.
Important note
Primary care is only provided if an optical assessment of the eye change and an ophthalmological decision are possible.
If you cannot reach anyone, we advise you to seek out the nearest eye or emergency ambulance on your own responsibility.
